Centre for Italian Studies - Taormina
Italian courses are held in Babilonia Italian language school located in the heart of Taormina. Taormina has been built atop Mount Tauro, just above the Bay of Naxos, the first Greek colony in Sicily, founded in 735 b.c. The magnificient Mediterranean-blue bay and Mount Volcano Etna on the back offer a spectacular view which can also be enjoyed from most of the classrooms of our school. Since 1992, Babilonia has passionately dedicated to promoting the Sicilian heritage and culture along with the study of the Italian language. Since then, it strives to offer opportunities for learners of Italian language to also become learners of the Italian culture and Italian life.
