COLLEGIUM AUSTRIACUM und IFK-DEUTSCHKURSE
Collegium Austriacum (target group: pupils aged 14 to 18) and IFK (target group: students and postgraduates):
- Are experts on teaching German as a foreign language
- Are officially recognized and accredited as the examination board for the ÖSD (= ÖSTERREICHISCHES SPRACHDIPLOM DEUTSCH) which is equivalent to certificates issued by the Goethe -Institute and by EDK Freiburg, as stipulated in May 2000.
- Are founding members of CAMPUS AUSTRIA.
- Since 1948 our "International Summer Courses" in July and August have been a highly appreciated meeting place for people from all over the world.
The courses:
- We offer nine different levels, from A1 "BREAKTHROUGH" to C2 "MASTERY", according to the Common European Framework: due to the selectivity of our placement test with its 100 individual tasks all students can be grouped into homogenous learning groups and get appropriate tuition at their respective levels.
- Group sizes are limited to 15 students. Additional individual tuition is offered in the afternoons and evenings (1:1 TUTORIA).
- 4 classes per day, 45 minutes each: from 09.00 to 10.30 VOCABULARY and STRUCTURES, and from 11.00 to 12.30 ORAL and WRITTEN COMMUNICATION.
