Accommodation in Verona
Stay with a Host Italian Family:
Students have the opportunity to live with a host Italian family during their stay in Verona. They will be given a fully-furnished room in the family’s home located in the centre (or just outside) Verona. This accommodation option gives students a unique chance to experience real Italian family life and is a wonderful way to meet new people and improve the Italian language. All host families have been thoroughly screened by the school for their friendliness, cleanliness and rooms on offer. It’s also possible for students to re-negotiate the accommodation costs in exchange for small services such as babysitting or language lessons (English, Spanish, French and German are welcome).
Share Apartments:
For students who prefer to remain self-reliant during their stay in Verona, the school has a selection of share apartments available for rent. These apartments, of varying sizes, have all been thoroughly inspected and selected. Each is clean, fully-furnished, include utilities (gas, water, electricity) with all amenities in good state. Students who prefer this accommodation option, will share the apartment with other local Italians or students from LINGUA IT. Tenants are obliged to clean and order the apartment before they leave.
Hotels, Guest Houses , Boarding Houses or B&Bs
All the hotels, guest houses, boarding houses and B&Bs recommended by LINGUA IT have been thoroughly inspected by the school’s staff and selected on the basis of their cleanliness, safety and welcoming atmosphere.
Please note: In the rare event that a student’s primary accommodation request cannot be met an alternative accommodation of comparable price and type will be arranged.
Please note: Students are able to move into their accommodation the day prior to the commencement of their language course (ie: the Sunday preceding their first day of classes). They are required to leave their lodgings before Midday the day after their last class (ie: the Saturday after their final lesson).
