The activities

A weekly programme is offered throughout the year with a minimum of two evening activities per week and one full day excursion every weekend. During the summer, there are extra optional afternoon and evening activities organised. Our Student Activities Managers arrange a full programme including pub visits, centres, discos, parties and excursions.

There is a year round programme of varied afternoon, evening and weekend activities. We regularly arrange visits to London, Sheffield, Cardiff, Southampton, Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle at the weekends and Salisbury Cathedral and Stonehenge in the afternoons. Other activities include theatre visits, indoor sports, dance, quiz evenings and social evenings at interesting pubs in Salisbury. At least one member of staff is present at each social event.

  • Sports - swimming, bowling, golf, horse riding
  • Pub evenings / quizzes
  • Dance evenings
  • Country walks
  • Theatre visits
