Italian Courses in Milan
STANDARD ITALIAN LANGUAGE COURSE
The Standard Course is held throughout the year on 6 (monthly) levels of ability. Duration: min. 2 weeks. The 4 lessons per day are held from Monday to Friday, usually beginning at 9am. If there are many participants the Standard Course may also be held in the afternoon at 2pm. There is a maximum of 12 students in each class.
INTENSIVE COURSE "PLUS" 5 & 10
The Intensive Plus Course consists of the Standard Course Plus additional private lessons (one-to-one). Duration: min. 2 weeks. The individual lessons are specifically designed for your specific needs. We offer two kinds of Intensive Plus Courses:
- Intensive Plus-5 Course: 20 lessons of Standard Course and additional 5 private lessons per week;
- Intensive Plus-10 Course: 20 lessons of Standard Course and additional 10 private lessons per week.
“PART TIME TWICE A WEEK” STANDARD COURSE
If you want to learn or improve your Italian, but you don’t have time for a daily course, we offer the possibility to attend “Part-Time” courses two times a week for a total of 4 lessons per week. This evening course is especially recommended for those who already live, study or work in Milan. The courses are held throughout the year on three ability levels. The minimum duration of each course is 8 weeks.
EXTENSIVE STANDARD COURSE
Especially for those who work during the day, we offer the possibility to attend our Italian language course which is held in the evening. The minimum duration is 4 weeks. The course is held from Monday to Friday throughout the year for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Class size: minimum 4 participants. Course schedule: daily lessons from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 p.m. to 8,00 p.m.
Please note for the courses:
- Non beginners can start on every Monday. Starting dates for absolute beginners only on the official starting dates: 7/21 Jan; 4/18 Feb; 3/17/31 Mar; 14/28 Apr; 5/19 May; 3/16/30 Jun; 14/28 Jul; 4/11/18/25 Aug; 1/8/22 Sep; 6/20 Oct; 3/17 Nov; 1 Dec.
- A maximum of 12 students per group for all group language courses.
- You can always extend your course during your stay without any extra administrative costs.
- We guarantee that all students who have studied for 3 consecutive months (12 weeks) in our school will be able to apply for the DILI intermediate exam of the Accademia Italiana di Lingua. They will be able to apply for the DALI advanced exam after 6 months of consecutive studies.
PRIVATE TUITION (1-To-1)
If you want a course that suits your particular professional and personal needs, as well as your own time schedule, we suggest you choose our tailor-made private tutorial programme. Continual language practice, maximum concentration through intensive work with your personal teacher and, especially, active practising of your communication skills guarantee you swift progress and success in the shortest possible time. You can start the course on any weekday of the year, minimum enrolment term is 5 days which can be extended according to your wishes. Minimum 3 to maximum 8 lessons per day; the course intensity may be changed from week to week. Private tutorial can also be chosen by two or three friends or family members, if they have the same knowledge of italian (two-to-one, three-to-one).

The professional courses consist of four lessons in a standard language course plus two private tutorials on the selected professional field, each day. You can choose among the following subjects:
