Accommodation in Chambéry
The school works with a Student Accommodation Agency which proposes accommodations independently in the town centre or in the countryside.
A deposit of 180€ (non-refundable) is necessary to reserve an accommodation.
Accommodation for up to 1 month: 150€ will go toward your first rent, 30€ will be kept for agency fees.
Accommodation 1month: 120€ will go toward your first rent, 60€ will kept for agency fees
.Furnished apartments
Important: For furnished apartments and studios a damage deposit of 1 month rent is required.
Generally, furnished apartments and studios have a fitted kitchen, 1 bathroom, a wireless access, a telephone for incoming calls, a television in each bedroom and a safe (a complete description of the attributed accommodation will be given to each student). Charges included unless otherwise stated in the proposal. Bed linen and towels can provided if request.
Important
For a cancellation less than one month before the start of the course there is a cancellation fees of 190€ for courses. For No-Show, one month tuition will be owned. For accommodation, for a cancellation more than one month, 180€ is reimbursed. For less than one month, a minimum of one month’s rent plus accommodation service fees are kept. For No-Shows, the entire period of rent can be owned.
