Intensive course

Our school’s intensive course is comprised of 20 hours of education per week with classes from 09:00 to 13:00, Monday to Friday, and a 15 minute break during the morning. The minimum age for students of our school in Belfast is 16 and classes consist of 12 students maximum (average 7-8). Our school offers intensive courses at every level, including beginners. When you already have quite a good knowledge of the English language, you can start taking an intensive course on any Monday of the year.

Intensive plus course

This course is a combination of an intensive course study programme, together with an hour of supervised self-study per day. The additional hour is in the school’s computer room where you work with interactive study material. You can work with the materials that are applicable to your linguistic needs.

Course for three hours per week

Our school in Belfast also offers part-time courses of English, consisting of three hours of class per week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, there will be two classes each of 90 minutes.

Private tuition

These courses consist of three hours (or more) of individual tuition per day for one week or more. The student can tell his or her needs as far as times, starting dates, and contents of the course are concerned. Courses can be designed according to the student’s needs.

English at Work

This programme provides students an opportunity of getting paid work after you have taken your English course. You will take an intensive English course for 4-12 weeks (it depends on your level). At the same time we will find interviews for you at employment agencies in the same area as the school. We will offer you the help that you need with creating your CV, and furthermore we will practice with you for your interview. After your course you can start working for as long as you like.
NB. The school can not absolutely guarantee job placement. Placement will depend on your interviews. But we do guarantee an interview with an employment agency. Most students who are able to speak English at upper intermediate level (B2) and who can also speak one or more other languages will most likely not have any problems with finding a job.
